I’m Lisa, Maria Rastelli, I’m 22 years old, I’m an Italian student at the Academy of Fine Arts in L’Aquila. I have always been fascinated by the artistic world and the interactions between the various disciplines, especially by the power that these activities have in breaking and destroying every limit.
“New Line” deals with the theme of body modification or body art, a practice that leads to a new physiognomy dictated by the same subject who undergoes it, leading him to a metamorphosis that creates new lines.
Sono Lisa, Maria Rastelli, ho 22 anni, sono una studentessa Italiana dell’Accademia di Belle Arti del L’Aquila. Sono sempre stata affascinata dal mondo artistico e le interazioni tra le varie discipline, soprattutto dal potere che queste attività hanno nel rompere e distruggere ogni limite.
“New Line” tratta il tema della modifica corporea o body art, pratica che porta ad una nuova fisionomia dettata dallo stesso soggetto che vi si sottopone, portandolo ad una metamorfosi che crea nuove linee.
